Making this video was so much fun! I've been wanting to make this for a really long time. Since my b-day was close by, I decided to make this for it. "Cartoon" by Skye, is one of my all time favorite songs. If you look around, you will see I plastered the words "Polka-dotted Pretty Kitty" pretty much on most of my sites/accounts. I think Skye has such amazing unique songs and it's funny how her songs fit Asian drama's so well. I was actually planning a really long time ago to use "Cartoon" for another Asian Drama, but then once I saw "Hi My Sweetheart" that song was just TOO PERFECT for it. It's just awesome how perfect "Cartoon" is for "Hi My Sweetheart" *it should just be the English version theme song of the show :P*.

I really wanted to showcase the wacky/silliness of the show & everything that was "Cartoonish". Lin Da Lung's love for Pink Panther was perfect and totally fit right into the theme of the vid. The main title sequence of the show helped out so much *with the cool split screens* I did not use ANY effects in this video. Everything you see is the awesomeness of the show!

Just FYI: The geek with the mushroom head/glasses (Lin Da Lung) is the same person as the attractive man (Xue Hai). Just in case you didn't get that from the 3 sec long clip of "0:52-:054" & the rest of the vid after that. He uses two names because to protect his identity as the heir of his family's wealth, he was given an alias "Lin Da Lang," who is supposed to be a poor student.
